we had an amazing stay at Five for our anniversary. the upgrade for breakfast was fantastic, and the smoked salmon eggs benedict was delicious. poolside drinks were a nice touch, and the staff, especially Maryna, went above and beyond with complimentary treats. The helpful and appreciative staff made us feel truly valued. big thanks to naila for the exceptional customer service and Sneha for the delightful cake. we will definitely return.

Stayed at a trendy spot with killer beach and fab pools winding through. The place is a hive of activity with great nosh spots and a luxe spa. Easy hop from the airport and perfect for both work and play. Rooms scream luxury, and that pool? It's a hotspot! Can't forget the cocktails and the views, pure bliss. And those rooftop villas? Extra large comfy beds! Very modern interior and exterior, amazing views, great facilities, the staff were attentive and extremely friendly, the hotel exceeded our expectations and will definitely be back! The relaxation facilities like the spa & wellness centre. Nearby landmarks like The Marina Torch and Palm Jumeirah added to our family bonding experience.

the hotel is so clean and modern - with a great location near the Italian restaurant. the staff are comforting and welcoming. the pool and beach make it easy to enjoy the stay without even leaving the hotel. also, there's a top roof nite club to enjoy at night.

The highlight of my stay at Five Palm Jumeirah was definitely the perfect service. From the moment I checked in, the staff were very good too make sure all my needs were met. I was particularly impressed with Ani at check-in and Jovin at the beach, who provided really good customer service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The facilities at the hotel were also great, with modern and well-kept amenities. The restaurants, especially Cinque and Penthouse, offered delicious food and a great dining experience. I highly recommend Five Palm Jumeirah for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Miss Shaima were pretty good to make our stay comfortable. We also received a unexpected room upgrade, a pleasant surprise. The hotel has a great location, centrally located to many attractions and with easy access to transportation. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the range of activities offered, from the Praia ladies night to the daily vibes at the Penthouse. The pool area was always lively and the water view from our room was beautiful.

The Italian restaurant offered superb dinners by the beach, and the staff were excellent and helpful. The suite and room were impressive, with ace quality finishes, amazing beds, and impeccable cleanliness. , the facilities were superb and the poolside was fun with quality food, drinks, and fun Ibiza-type dance music.

The reception staff were sometimes busy on their mobile phones, which was a letdown.

Transiting through Dubai, I stayed at Five Palm Jumeirah Dubai for its convenient location, just 35 km away from Dubai Creek SPB and 37 km from the Financial Centre. The luxurious ambiance and modern facilities were perfect for a comfortable layover, and the private beach offered a serene escape.

Despite the convenient location and luxurious facilities, I encountered some issues during my stay. The breakfast experience was chaotic, with long waiting lines and a shortage of food, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Five Palm Jumeirah! the check-in process with Eunice was lovely, and Freya from reception made sure we got a room with a great view of the marina and pool. the happy birthday cake was a wonderful touch. the food at the beach and for breakfast was fantastic - the fish and chips were the best I've had in a while, and the quesadilla was also delicious. the pool had a great atmosphere and music, making it a lot of fun. the suite had an amazing view and the check-in and check-out processes were fast. They even provided an extra bed at no charge.

Had an awesome time in the junior suite with Dubai skyline views and the comfiest bed! Plenty of friendly staff, especially Philip and Riezel, who made my girl's day. Enjoyed the lovely pool bar and cool music. 🌴 Unfortunately, some issues with crowded poolside areas and constant early wake-up calls for a nonexistent checkout, which got a bit annoying. still a great spot!

The impressive new resort had an array of stunning facilities, including outstanding dining venues hosted by world-class chefs and a modern spa. The stylish 1920s-themed interior and the luxe private beach made me feel like a glamorous movie star from the past, relaxing in the lap of luxury while sipping cocktails by the pool.

The general areas were spacious and accessible, making it easy to navigate for older individuals. Additionally, the hotel's location on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah offered stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, providing a serene and beautiful backdrop for a peaceful retreat.

I would suggest having larger fonts on the signs for better visibility and asking the children of the staff to speak a bit slower when assisting senior guests.
